Onze klant, gelegen in Tessenderlo, is een vaste waarde die sinds 1970 gespecialiseerd is in oppervlaktebehandeling en poederlakken van aluminium, staal en verzinkt staal.

Ze hebben een mooie productiehal met moderne machines en lakstraten.

Het is uitgegroeid vanuit een hechte familie en die sfeer heerst op vandaag nog steeds binnen de ruimtes.

Jobomschrijving

Voor de job van poederlakker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een kwalitatieve afwerking van diverse metalen onderdelen.

Je taken omvatten:

  • Bedienen en onderhouden van de lakinstallaties
  • Handmatig elektrostatisch poederlakken, vooral op moeilijk bereikbare plaatsen
  • Bijspuiten van onderdelen die niet automatisch gelakt worden met de machine
  • Ophangen van de te lakken stukken aan de productielijn
  • Kwalteitscontrole uitvoeren aan de gelakte producten

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de vacature van coater/poederspuiter zijn wij op zoek naar iemand die graag werkt binnen een technisch productieproces en die fier is op mooi afgewerkt vakwerk!

Als gepaste kandidaat herken jij jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt ervaring met poederlakken
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht
  • Je kan fysiek werk verrichten om ook mee aan de ophang te staan
  • Ervaring binnen een industrieel proces is een groot pluspunt
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands
  • Werken in dagdienst (6-15u)
