The posting

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van een modern bedrijfsgebouw. Dankzij jouw werk kunnen medewerkers elke dag terecht in een verzorgde, propere en aangename werkomgeving.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Reinigen van kantoren en burelen.
  • Schoonmaken van vergaderzalen.
  • Onderhouden van sanitair en toiletten.
  • Reinigen van kleedkamers en doucheruimtes.
  • Schoonmaken van keukens en eetruimtes.
  • Stofwissen, stofzuigen en dweilen van vloeren.
  • Sommige vloeren worden machinaal gereinigd
  • Ledigen van vuilnisbakken en correct sorteren van afval.
  • Aanvullen van verbruiksartikelen zoals toiletpapier, handzeep en papieren handdoeken.
  • Signaleren van eventuele beschadigingen, tekorten of bijzonderheden aan onze verantwoordelijken.
  • Correct en veilig gebruiken van professionele schoonmaakproducten en materialen.
  • Zelfstandig plannen en uitvoeren van je dagelijkse werkzaamheden volgens de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen.

Wij zoeken geen "gewone" poetshulp.

We zoeken iemand die trots is op zijn of haar werk en begrijpt dat kwaliteit het verschil maakt.

Jij bent:

  • Betrouwbaar en stipt.
  • Zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk.
  • Gemotiveerd en positief ingesteld.
  • Nauwkeurig met oog voor detail.
  • Iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
  • Klantvriendelijk en verzorgd.
  • Fysiek in staat om actief schoonmaakwerk uit te voeren.
  • Trots wanneer alles er perfect netjes bij ligt.
  • Iemand die afspraken nakomt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
  • Als je ervaring hebt met een stof-en zuigmachine is dat een voordeel, echter is het gebruik hiervan niet moeilijk aan te leren.
  • Je begrijpt Nederlands of Engels en kan jezelf verstaanbaar maken in het Nederlands of Engels.

Ervaring in de professionele schoonmaak is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie, inzet en de juiste ingesteldheid vinden wij minstens even belangrijk.

Belangrijk: Tijdens de maanden juli en augustus werken wij met een zeer drukke planning omdat veel van onze poetshulpen met vakantie zijn. Daarom vragen wij vriendelijk om niet telefonisch te solliciteren en ook niet spontaan langs te komen.
