Werden Sie Teil der Construction Family und verstärken Sie unser Team in Auersthal / NÖ für Baustellenprojekte im Industrieanlagenbau in ganz Österreich! 1 Polier_in Korrosionsschutz

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

* Abwicklung und Koordination der Arbeiten im Bereich Korrosionsschutz auf Baustellen und Industrieanlagen

* Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der technischen und wirtschaftlichen Vorgaben in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung vor Ort

* Ermittlung des Material- bzw. Gerätebedarfs sowie Einrichten der Baustelle im Rahmen der Arbeitsvorbereitung

* Unterstützung bei der Disposition von Geräten und Maschinen

* Unterstützung bei Aufmaßerstellung und Dokumentation aller Qualitätsnachweise

* Führen des Bautagebuches im Einvernehmen mit der Bauleitung

* Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Führen des zugeordneten Baustellenpersonals

* Verantwortliche Umsetzung von Maßnahmen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes

Das bringen Sie mit

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maler/Anstreicher, Industrielackierer, Beschichtungstechniker o.ä. wünschenswert

* Polier/Werkmeister-Ausbildung von Vorteil

* mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position inkl. Führungserfahrung

* Baustellenerfahrung und Kenntnisse rund um Korrosionsschutz bzw. Spezialbeschichtungen erforderlich

* sehr gute Deutsch- und solide IT-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Einsatzbereitschaft

* Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft für Baustelleneinsätze in ganz Österreich (Führerschein B ist notwendig)

* Kommunikationstalent und Führungskompetenz auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen und mit multikulturellen Teams
