Wir suchen zur Erweiterung unseres Teams 1 Polier_in Tiefbau/Straßenbau Deine Aufgaben

* Du leitest dein eigenes Team und bist dabei für die Einteilung und Qualitätskontrolle deiner Kolleg*innen verantwortlich.

* Du bist Ansprechperson für Subunternehmen.

* Du planst und organisierst selbstständig alles rund um die Baustelle und erstellst diverse Dokumentationen.

* Du hast alle Gewerke im Blick und sorgst für eine reibungslose Umsetzung.

* Sicherheit geht vor! Daher sorgst du dafür, dass alle Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften eingehalten werden.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich des Tiefbaus - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polier*in von Vorteil.

* Du bist als Organisationstalent bekannt und besitzt Durchsetzungsvermögen.

* Du arbeitest gern mit einem Team zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben.

* Damit du gut von A nach B kommst besitzt du einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
