Patiëntencontact in een niet-klinische setting en een nauwe samenwerking met de screeners én alle poliklinieken in het huis; dat maakt deze functie leuk en uitdagend. Deze twee poliklinieken zijn samengevoegd tot één, waardoor je beide functies in één rol vervult. Dit maakt jou een allround medewerker die van alle markten thuis is, wat in jouw baan extra variatie en afwisseling geeft. En het mooiste van alles; je komt te werken in een super leuk team! Na 10 jaar in deze rol gaat onze geliefde collega eind 2026 helaas met pensioen, daarom is er ruimte binnen onze poli. Ben jij enthousiast om met ons iets moois neer te zetten? Jij zorgt ervoor Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt, voor de polikliniek PPOS en Pijngeneeskunde, zowel aan de telefoon als per mail is jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Een front- én backoffice rol waarbij jij zorgt voor een goede patiëntenlogistiek tijdens het zorgpad van de patiënt. Als Polikliniekassistent ga je elke uitdaging aan, zoals: - (vervolg-)afspraken maken en toelichting geven aan de balie, telefoon of mail over (poli)klinische verrichtingen, onderzoeken, voorlichtingen en OK procedures die gepland worden voor patiënten. - nemen van verantwoordelijkheid voor een goed verloop van het zorgproces tijdens de poliklinische afspraken van de anesthesioloog en preoperatieve screeners. - deelnemen aan (verbeter)projecten. - verwerken van de (patiënten)administratie in een digitale we...
