The posting

Voor een lokaal verzekeringskantoor in Dilsen-Stokkem zoeken we een Polisbeheerder Particulieren.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de administratieve opvolging van particuliere verzekeringsdossiers. Je zorgt voor een snelle, correcte en klantgerichte verwerking van aanvragen, wijzigingen en vragen, waarbij je een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan een vlotte dienstverlening.

Jouw taken:

  • Beheren en opvolgen van particuliere verzekeringspolissen van A tot Z.
  • Verwerken van aanvragen, wijzigingen, opzeggingen en administratieve dossiers.
  • Klanten professioneel informeren over polissen, documenten en verzekeringsoplossingen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte registratie en opvolging van dossiers in de systemen.
  • Werken volgens gestandaardiseerde processen met aandacht voor kwaliteit en korte doorlooptijden.
  • Signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten en leads binnen bestaande dossiers.
  • Actief promoten van digitale oplossingen zoals KBC Mobile, Kate en andere online toepassingen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's, schadebeheerders en KBC Bank om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
  • Waken over een correcte administratie en naleving van interne procedures en compliancevereisten.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor Financiën- en Verzekeringswezen, Rechtspraktijk, Bedrijfsmanagement (financiële richting) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een eerste ervaring in verzekeringen is een plus; FSMA-certificaten zijn een troef.
  • Klantgericht, communicatief sterk en professioneel in je aanpak.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en vlot met digitale toepassingen.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in telefonisch en persoonlijk klantencontact.
  • Betrouwbaarheid, discretie en verantwoordelijkheidszin kenmerken jouw werkhouding.
  • Interesse in digitale communicatie en kantoorondersteuning is mooi meegenomen.
  • Digitaal vaardig en snel vertrouwd met nieuwe systemen.
  • Stressbestendig en efficiënt in een omgeving met veel dossiers en inkomende vragen.
  • Zelfstandig, betrouwbaar en oplossingsgericht.
  • Een teamspeler die graag samenwerkt en mee evolueert in een steeds digitalere werkomgeving.
