Jouw rol

  • Je verzorgt het telefonisch onthaal binnen de firma en bent dus het eerste contact.
  • 1/3e van je tijd zal je bezig zijn met de boekhouding. Concreet gaat dit over het boeken van aankoop – en verkoopfacturen, het opmaken van betaalbestanden en de communicatie met het boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je bent ook de contactpersoon voor alles omtrent verzekeringen en zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging hiervan.
  • Bestellingen op vraag van de plaatsers, ateliermedewerkers en projectleiders worden door jou uitgevoerd. Daarnaast volg je zelf het magazijn met klein materiaal op en zorg je dat er steeds voldoende stock is.
  • Jij bent de contactpersoon voor alles omtrent nazorg (van de toestellen, retours, verkeerde bestellingen,..). Je staat hierbij de klanten en leveranciers te woord en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling.
  • Af en toe doe je kleine verplaatsingen voor het ophalen van bepaalde zaken bij leveranciers/architecten zoals stalen, dringende bestellingen, postpakjes,..
  • Ten slotte zijn er nog een aantal kleine taken die tot jouw pakket behoren:
  • Je ondersteunt de preventie-adviseur door opmaak van preventieplannen, post-preventiedossiers,..
  • Checkin@work
  • Vergunningen en meubelliften aanvragen
  • Fysiek klassement
  • Stalen nummeren
  • Contracten en dimona’s voor jobstudenten
  • …

  • Kennis van boekhouding (Exact online) is een must en administratief ben je echt sterk!
  • Je bent op zoek naar een job met veel variatie en kan daarbinnen prioriteiten stellen.
  • Communicatief en vlot in de omgang. Zowel mondeling als telefonisch.
  • Professioneel en betrokken.
  • Op vlak van IT zijn er weinig geheimen voor jou. Je kan goed overweg met het Office-pakket.
