Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een polyvalente Technieker / Technisch Onderhoudsmedewerker die instaat voor het herstellen en onderhouden van ons verhuurmaterieel en die met een oplossingsgerichte blik meedenkt over logistieke uitdagingen binnen het magazijn.

Jouw rol

Als handige harry (m/v/x) ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de goede staat van al ons verhuurmateriaal en denk je proactief mee over praktische en logistieke oplossingen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een teamplayer die niet twijfelt om bij te springen waar nodig.

  • Herstellingen en onderhoud: Herstellen van verhuurmaterialen (meubilair, keuken apparatuur, materieel, ...) met basiskennis van elektriciteit, schrijnwerk en lassen. Kwaliteit en uitstraling van ons materieel hoog houden, met oog voor detail en afwerking. Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren zodat materiaal steeds in topconditie is bij verhuur.
  • Logistieke oplossingen: Meedenken over en zelf bedenken van praktische oplossingen voor opslag, transport en organisatie binnen het magazijn. Kleine aanpassingen of constructies maken op maat van specifieke events of noden.
  • Ondersteuning van de organisatie: Sporadisch inspringen bij andere activiteiten (magazijnwerk, laden/lossen, voorbereiding events, ...) om het team te ondersteunen waar nodig. Signaleren van structurele problemen of verbetermogelijkheden aan materiaal of processen.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van elektriciteit, schrijnwerkerij en lassen.
  • Je bent een echte "handige harry": oplossingsgericht, praktisch ingesteld en niet snel voor iets te vinden.
  • Je kan zeer zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief. Je hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit — half werk is geen optie voor jou.
  • Je bent flexibel en springt gemakkelijk bij waar nodig.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent niet bang voor fysiek werk. Je kan Nederlands spreken en schrijven.
  • BA4-kwalificatie elektriciteit (AREI) is een sterke plus. Ervaring met keuringen van elektrische en gasinstallaties is eveneens een troef.
