Bij Drunova zoeken we een enthousiaste Polyvalent Productiemedewerker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en houdt van afwisseling.

Drunova is een groeiend en familiaal bedrijf, gespecialiseerd in ramen en deuren. Binnen onze afdeling Poederie richten we ons op plaatbewerking en poederlakken. Om onze collega's daar extra te ondersteunen, zoeken we een nieuwe collega die graag bijspringt waar nodig.

Veel ervaring in de metaalsector is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Wat voor ons vooral telt? Een goede werkmentaliteit, twee handige handen en de goesting om bij te leren!

Wat mag je van de job verwachten?

Als polyvalent productiemedewerker ben je een belangrijke helpende hand binnen ons atelier. Je ondersteunt je collega's bij verschillende stappen van het productieproces.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je helpt bij het aanvoeren, opvangen en afnemen van metalen onderdelen.
  • Je ondersteunt je collega's aan de plooibank en bij de plaatbewerking.
  • Je springt bij in de poederlakkerij waar extra handen nodig zijn.
  • Je helpt bij het zorgvuldig verpakken en klaarzetten van afgewerkte stukken.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een nette en ordelijke werkplek.

Je hoeft geen machines zelfstandig te programmeren of te bedienen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles in het atelier vlot verloopt.

Je leert verschillende stappen van het productieproces kennen en werkt nauw samen met je collega's.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor ons is de juiste ingesteldheid minstens even belangrijk als ervaring. We zoeken iemand die graag werkt, initiatief toont en zich goed voelt in een hecht team.

  • Je bent handig en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de technische sector (kan in metaal maar ook ervaring in bouw, productie of hout is een plus).
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je vindt het leuk om verschillende taken uit te voeren.
  • Je bent sociaal en helpt je collega's graag vooruit.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en hebt vooral veel goesting om te werken.

Ook als je uit een andere sector komt en graag praktisch bezig bent, ben je welkom. Wij leren je graag de kneepjes van het vak.
