Aufgabengebiet

* Gestaltung der Applikationslandschaft: Du hältst alles am Laufen, erkennst Verbesserungspotential und findest Lösungen, die den Arbeitsalltag effizienter machen.

* Fachbereiche verstehen und unterstützen: Du analysierst Abläufe, übersetzt Anforderungen in klare Konzepte und entwickelst digitale Tools, die wirklich Mehrwert bringen.

* IT-Projekte vorantreiben: End-to-end-Verantwortung inkl. hands-on Konfiguration und Umsetzung von Applikationen.

* Schnittstellen koordinieren: Du verbindest Daten und Anwendungen zuverlässig miteinander und arbeitest eng mit IT, Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern zusammen.

* Nutzer optimal einbinden: Du führst Schulungen durch, erstellst praxisnahe Dokumentationen und gibst hilfreiche Tipps, damit digitale Tools optimal genutzt werden.

Skill-Set

* Erste Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Applikationen insbesondere mit Power Platform oder Dynamics 365 CRM

* Ausgeprägtes Interesse an modernen Applikationslandschaften sowie ein gutes Verständnis betrieblicher Prozesse und Abläufe

* Eigenständige, lösungsorientierte und hands-on Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Motivation für Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung

* Spaß in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Mindestgehalt

Das mögliche Gehalt

Das Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung zwischen EUR 4.500 und EUR 5.600 brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis).
