The posting

Pour l'entrepôt Medi-Supply, filiale du groupe Medi-Market, implanté dans le zoning industriel de Nivelles, Adecco est à la recherche de Préparateurs de commandes afin de renforcer ces équipes logistiques.

Le préparateur de commandes joue un rôle clé dans la gestion des flux de marchandises, depuis la réception des produits jusqu'à leur expédition, en incluant les opérations liées à l'e-commerce ainsi que le traitement des retours.

Le picking représente l'activité principale et commune à l'ensemble des préparateurs, même si chacun peut être amené à intervenir dans des zones spécifiques. L'environnement de travail se caractérise par une atmosphère calme, organisée et structurée, favorisant un travail efficace, précis et méthodique.

Votre environnement de travail :

Vous évoluerez dans un cadre calme, structuré et organisé, propice à la précision, à l'efficacité et au respect des procédures logistiques.

Votre mission :

En tant que préparateur de commandes, vous participez activement à la gestion des flux de marchandises, depuis la réception jusqu'à l'expédition des produits.

Votre mission principale est la préparation de commandes (picking).

Selon les besoins opérationnels, vous pourrez également intervenir dans différentes zones de l'entrepôt :

  • Préparation de commandes (activité principale)
  • Réception des marchandises, mise en stock et réapprovisionnement
  • Comptages et contrôles qualitatifs et quantitatifs
  • Expédition, activités e-commerce et traitement des retours . Vous utilisez quotidiennement les outils et systèmes suivants :
  • Scanner Zebra
  • WMS Scale Procédures et équipements spécifiques au site : Encodage des prestations via la pointeuse Vos objectifs :
  • Garantir une exactitude maximale des quantités et références préparées
  • Atteindre les objectifs de productivité fixés
  • Travailler dans un environnement propre, ordonné et sécurisé Profil recherché :
  • Organisé·e, méthodique et fiable.
  • À l'aise dans un environnement calme et structuré
  • Rapide, efficace et capable de travailler de manière autonome
  • Flexible concernant les pauses et la prestation de certains samedis
  • Doté·e d'un bon esprit d'équipe et d'une communication respectueuse
