- Praktijkopleider Wij zijn een kleine en professionele organisatie met korte lijnen. Bij ons word je gezien om wie je bent! Wij zoeken op korte termijn een Praktijkopleider (12 uur per week) Voor SKZ zoeken wij een Praktijkopleider voor maximaal 12 uur per week. Flexibiliteit is daarbij heel belangrijk. De functie is uitstekend te combineren met een andere (flexibele) functie binnen SKZ, bijvoorbeeld als pedagogisch professional op één van onze locaties. Wij hebben de ambitie om de komende jaren meer stagiaires en BBL-medewerkers aan onze organisatie te verbinden. Daarom zoeken wij een praktijkopleider die niet alleen graag begeleidt, maar ook energie krijgt van het leggen van contacten, het samenwerken met scholen en het verder versterken van SKZ als aantrekkelijk leerbedrijf. Wat ga je doen? Als Praktijkopleider ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de opleiding, de werkvloer en onze medewerkers in opleiding. Je begeleidt BBL-medewerkers en stagiaires in hun leerproces en ondersteunt collega's die hen dagelijks begeleiden, maar je verzorgt ook gastlessen bij het ROC en zorgt voor vertegenwoordiging van SKZ bij open dagen of stagemarkten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het opstellen en coördineren van leer- en introductieplannen voor BBL'ers, BOL'ers en stagiaires. - Het begeleiden en coachen van medewerkers in opleiding tijdens hun leertraject. - Het voeren van voortgangs-, evaluatie- en begeleidingsgesprekken. - Het ondersteunen en coachen van werkbegeleiders op de groepen. - Het onderhouden van contacten met opleidingsinstituten en het fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor scholen. - Het organiseren van bijeenkomsten voor BBL-medewerkers en werkbegeleiders. - Het signaleren van knelpunten in leertrajecten vervolgens afstemmen met BBL-medewer...
