Wil je deze rol graag combineren met meer uren als klinisch psycholoog? Dan kun je deze functie goed combineren met een rol binnen Forta Volwassenen, Forta Jeugd of impegno. Omschrijving functie: Als praktijkopleider ben je de centrale persoon in de praktijkopleidingsroute van de GioS (GZ-psycholoog in opleiding tot Specialist), GioP (GZ-psycholoog in opleiding tot psychotherapeut) en/of PioG (psycholoog in opleiding tot GZ-psycholoog) en verantwoordelijk voor de leerroute en de beoordeling van het praktijkgedeelte van de opleiding. De leerroute is gebaseerd op een groeimodel, waarin het uitoefenen van relatief eenvoudige werkzaamheden minder wordt ten gunste van meer gecompliceerde taken en waarin de eisen, die aan zelfstandigheid gesteld mogen worden, toenemen. In overleg met de P-opleider, het management en de opleideling wordt aan de concrete invulling van een opleidingsplaats vormgegeven. We zoeken een praktijkopleider klinisch psycholoog/psychotherapeut om met name opleidelingen in opleiding tot klinisch psycholoog en psychotherapeut te begeleiden. Taken en werkzaamheden: - Heeft overzicht over de opleidingsroute en de fasering hiervan; - Is bemiddelaar tussen opleideling en andere betrokkenen om bij problemen binnen de instelling een bevredigende oplossing te vinden; - Bepaalt in overleg met de P-opleider door wie werkbegeleiding en supervisie gegeven kan worden; - Heeft regelmatig contact met de supervisoren en werkbegeleiders van de opleideling; - Introductie van de opleideling en steun bij het invoegen op afdelingen en in de werkwijze op de verschillende afdelingen; - Begeleidt de opleideling in diens po...
