Mint Tandartsen is een tandartsengroep van toonaangevende praktijken. We zijn op zoek naar een Praktijkverantwoordelijke die de motor wordt van één van deze toppraktijken: Esthedentalplus Midden-Limburg

Ben jij een sterke organisator die graag een team aanstuurt én zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Voor Esthedentalplus Midden-Limburg in Oudsbergen zoeken we een Praktijkverantwoordelijke die mee zorgt voor een vlotte, efficiënte en patiëntgerichte werking van onze praktijk.

Als Praktijkverantwoordelijke ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de praktijk. Samen met de hoofdassistente en hoofdtandarts zorg je ervoor dat mensen, planning, administratie en dagelijkse werking goed op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Je combineert leidinggeven en organiseren met een hands-on aanpak. Wanneer het nodig is, spring je zelf mee in.

Wat ga je doen?

Team & people

  • Je stuurt het team aan en organiseert teamoverleg.
  • Je maakt werkroosters en plant medewerkers efficiënt in.
  • Je voert evaluatie-, coaching- en functioneringsgesprekken.
  • Je coördineert recruitment en onboarding van nieuwe collega's.

Operationeel beheer

  • Je optimaliseert processen en werkmethodes.
  • Je organiseert het facilitaire beheer en de voorraad.
  • Je bewaakt samen met het team de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de praktijk.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en vindt het vanzelfsprekend om naast je coördinerende taken ook operationeel mee te werken

Financieel & administratief

  • Je volgt budgetten, omzet en kosten op.
  • Je bewaakt de debiteurenopvolging.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.

We zoeken geen klassieke manager die vanop afstand stuurt. We zoeken iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, mensen meeneemt en tegelijk dicht bij de dagelijkse praktijk staat.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring.
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent sterk in planning, organisatie en administratie.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met collega's en patiënten.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel in een drukke omgeving.
  • Je hebt interesse in cijfers, budgetten en financiële opvolging.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en digitale tools.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands

Ervaring als praktijkmanager, praktijkverantwoordelijke, office manager, teamleader, filiaalmanager of operations manager is een sterke troef.
