Ihre Aufgaben

* Optimierung und Koordination von Seminaren: Planung und Durchführung interner sowie internationaler Trainingsformate

* Teilnehmer_innenmanagement und internes Marketing: Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeiter_innen, sichtbare und attraktive Kommunikation unserer Ausbildungsveranstaltungen

* Recherchetätigkeit: eigenständige Recherche zu trainingsrelevanten Themen und Aufbereitung von Inhalten für unsere Weiterbildungsformate

* Mitarbeit an Projekten der Personalentwicklung: aktives Einbringen in laufende Projekte, z.B. zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Lernformate

* Screening von Evaluierungsergebnissen: Sichtung und Strukturierung der Rückmeldungen zu unseren Trainingsmaßnahmen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen

Ihr Profil

Das bringen Sie mit

* Laufendes Studium - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Administration - ist unbedingt erforderlich

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise

* Freude an Teamarbeit und Kommunikation - sowohl mit Kolleg_innen als auch mit externen Partner_innen

* Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und Interesse am Einarbeiten in neue HR- und Software-Tools

* Interesse an HR-Themen, Lernprozessen und der Sammlung von praktischen Erfahrungen in einem professionellen Umfeld

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil - besonders im internationalen Austausch
