Introductie

Voor een stabiele en financieel gezonde organisatie binnen de bouwsector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Preventieadviseur.

Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op verschillende werven in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid, welzijn en preventie niet alleen correct worden opgevolgd, maar ook daadwerkelijk leven op de werkvloer.

Je krijgt veel autonomie en komt terecht in een organisatie met korte communicatielijnen, een menselijke bedrijfscultuur en een ervaren preventieteam waarop je kunt terugvallen.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je waakt over de correcte toepassing van de wetgeving rond veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn en vertaalt deze naar praktische maatregelen op de werkvloer.
  • Je bezoekt verschillende werven in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen, voert veiligheidsrondgangen en inspecties uit en bespreekt aandachtspunten met de betrokken teams.
  • Je stelt risicoanalyses op, detecteert mogelijke gevaren en zorgt voor concrete preventieve en corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Je adviseert project- en werfteams over veilig werken en zoekt naar oplossingen die zowel praktisch haalbaar als conform de regelgeving zijn.
  • Je organiseert toolboxmeetings, veiligheidsinstructies en sensibiliseringsacties en draagt actief bij aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur.
  • Je rapporteert aan het management over risico's, incidenten, verbeterpunten en lopende acties en werkt nauw samen met interne en externe stakeholders.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt verplicht over een bachelor- of masterdiploma en hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen preventie en veiligheid.
  • Je beschikt over het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau I of Niveau II.
  • Ervaring binnen bouw, infrastructuur of een werfgerichte omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, durft mensen aan te spreken en combineert kennis van regelgeving met een pragmatische en hands-on aanpak.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd en bent bereid je regelmatig te verplaatsen tussen projecten in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.
