Ben jij administratief sterk én graag regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer? Wil je mee bouwen aan een veilige, kwaliteitsvolle en conforme werkomgeving binnen een professionele organisatie in Merksem? Dan is deze functie als HSEQ Coördinator iets voor jou.

In deze rol werk je ongeveer 80% vanuit kantoor en 20% op onze sites. Je vormt de brug tussen beleid en praktijk en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuprocedures correct worden opgevolgd.

Je taken:

  • Je ondersteunt risicoanalyses, het globaal preventieplan en het jaaractieplan.
  • Je organiseert werkplekinspecties en veiligheidsrondes.
  • Je registreert en analyseert ongevallen, incidenten en bijna-ongevallen.
  • Je beheert rapporteringen, wettelijke aangiftes en HSEQ-documentatie.
  • Je ondersteunt medewerkers en leidinggevenden met praktisch advies.
  • Je organiseert opleidingen, toolboxmeetings en sensibiliseringsacties.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert het HSEQ-managementsysteem.
  • Je bereidt audits en certificeringen voor en volgt actiepunten op.
  • Je ondersteunt operationele projecten bij risicoanalyses en preventiemaatregelen.
  • Je volgt milieuaspecten zoals afvalstromen en registraties op.
  • Je detecteert verbeterkansen en werkt mee aan optimalisaties.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures.

Je beschikt over een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.

Je hebt ervaring binnen een technische, industriële of operationele omgeving.

Je hebt een VOL-VCA-attest of bent bereid dit te behalen.

Kennis van ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 en VCA is een plus.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en combineert administratieve sterkte met een analytische aanpak.

Je communiceert vlot met medewerkers, leidinggevenden en externe partners.

Je neemt initiatief en werkt zelfstandig.

Je bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer en weet mensen positief mee te nemen in veiligheidsinitiatieven.

Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een extra troef.
