Wat ga je doen als Preventieadviseur & CE-verantwoordelijke regio Waregem?

  • Het preventie- en veiligheidsbeleid verder ontwikkelen en collega's en management adviseren rond arbeidsveiligheid.
  • Risicoanalyses en werkpostonderzoeken uitvoeren en toezien op de correcte naleving van gemaakte veiligheidsafspraken.
  • Interne veiligheidsopleidingen verzorgen, onder andere rond heftruck- en rolbruggebruik.
  • CE-dossiers en constructiedossiers samenstellen voor eigen machines en volledige machinelijnen.
  • Risicoanalyses en Performance Level-berekeningen (PL) uitvoeren en de nodige documentatie en handleidingen voorbereiden.
  • Ontwerpers en automation engineers adviseren rond machineveiligheid en samen met hen veilige én praktisch werkbare oplossingen uitwerken.
  • Tijdens de offertefase mee overleggen met klanten en de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en regelgeving rond machineveiligheid actief opvolgen.

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een familiale machinebouwer in regio Waregem die klantspecifieke machines en complete productielijnen van A tot Z in eigen beheer realiseert. Van ontwerp en productie tot programmatie, montage en indienststelling: verschillende technische disciplines werken er nauw met elkaar samen.

De machines worden ontwikkeld voor uiteenlopende internationale sectoren, waardoor geen twee projecten volledig hetzelfde zijn. Je werkt bovendien in een moderne en goed uitgeruste technische omgeving waar veiligheid al vanaf de ontwerpfase een belangrijke rol speelt. Welke expertise neem je mee?

  • Diploma Preventieadviseur niveau 2 gecombineerd met een eerste relevante werkervaring.
  • Technische interesse en zin om je verder te verdiepen in CE, risicoanalyses en machineveiligheid.
  • Een praktische ingesteldheid waarmee je veiligheid niet alleen op papier, maar ook op de werkvloer realiseert.
  • Communicatief genoeg om zowel medewerkers, management, engineers als klanten mee te krijgen in jouw verhaal.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels; Frans vormt een mooie troef.
  • Gestructureerde en nauwkeurige aanpak bij het opstellen en opvolgen van veiligheids- en CE-documentatie.
