Ben je gepassioneerd door welzijn op het werk en heb je een attest preventieadviseur niveau 1 arbeidsveiligheid? Wil je je inzetten voor mensen en zoek je een job met echte maatschappelijke impact? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Je maakt deel uit van de gemeenschappelijke preventiedienst van WAAK en ‘de branding’, samen goed voor ongeveer 2.500 medewerkers. WAAK is als maatwerkbedrijf actief in uiteenlopende activiteiten, van groenonderhoud, metaalbewerking, industriële assemblage, schoonmaak- en schilderdienst tot verpakkingswerk. ‘de branding’ biedt woon-, dag- en individuele ondersteuning aan personen met een beperking.

Jouw rol en taken

  • Als preventieadviseur sta je in voor de uitbouw, opvolging en uitvoering van het preventiebeleid rond veiligheid en welzijn op het werk. Je werkt mee aan de identificatie van de gevaren, geeft advies over de risicoanalyses, het globaal preventieplan, het jaaractieplan en over de toepassing van de welzijnswetgeving.
  • Je onderzoekt arbeidsongevallen en incidenten, voert onderzoeken van de arbeidsplaatsen en werkposten uit en analyseert arbeidsprocessen om risico’s te detecteren en verbetermaatregelen voor te stellen. Daarnaast doe je onderzoek dat direct bijdraagt aan het versterken van het welzijn van onze medewerkers.
  • Je geeft advies over topics rond welzijn op het werk, het opstellen van instructies, onthaal en vorming van medewerkers. Ook ondersteun je bij de uitwerking van interne noodprocedures, de organisatie van de eerste hulp en de toepassing van maatregelen bij ernstig en onmiddellijk gevaar. Je staat medewerkers, leidinggevenden en het comité bij, bij vragen rond welzijn op het werk, en werkt nauw samen met interne en externe partners.
  • Je verzorgt de nodige rapporteringen en administratieve opvolging (o.a. opstellen van verslagen, bijhouden mededelingen aan de overheid …)
  • Op middellange termijn kun je doorgroeien tot hoofd van de gemeenschappelijke dienst.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je bent in het bezit van een attest preventieadviseur niveau 1 arbeidsveiligheid en hebt reeds enkele jaren relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur in een industriële omgeving.
  • Je weet vlot en helder te communiceren met verschillende doelgroepen, werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig en houdt van teamwork. Je gaat vlot om met de doelgroep van een maatwerkbedrijf.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, en handelt proactief, ook onder druk.
  • Je kan vlot werken met office toepassingen en digitale platformen, zoals SharePoint.
  • Ervaring in meewerken aan het opstellen van en organiseren van opleidingen is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van ATEX-wetgeving is een groot pluspunt. Indien niet aanwezig ben je bereid je hierin verder te verdiepen.
