De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 regio Eeklo?

  • Fungeren als het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat veiligheid, welzijn en preventie betreft.
  • Teams actief coachen, begeleiden en motiveren om veilig en bewust te werken.
  • Uitvoeren van regelmatige inspecties op werven en in productie.
  • Detecteren van risico’s en analyseren van incidenten en ongevallen. .
  • Actief beheren en verder verfijnen van het VCA(P)-systeem.
  • Opstellen van het globaal preventieplan en jaaractieplan en opvolgen van de uitvoering ervan.

  • Technische bachelor of ingenieursdiploma met een 3-tal jaar ervaring als preventieadviseur, veiligheidscoördinator of een gelijkaardige rol.
  • In het bezit van het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 1, of bereid dit te behalen.
  • Sterke communicator die medewerkers op elk niveau kan overtuigen, coachen en begeleiden.
  • Combineert diplomatie met daadkracht en een pragmatische aanpak.
