Een veiligheidscultuur uitbouwen waar nog veel te winnen valt? Dan heb je meer nodig dan procedures alleen. Voor een internationale productieorganisatie zijn we op zoek naar een HSE Manager / Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 die veiligheid structureel wil versterken en tegelijk dicht genoeg bij de realiteit van de werkvloer blijft.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar de voorbije jaren sterk geïnvesteerd werd in veiligheid, maar waar de cultuur nog verder moet groeien. In deze rol krijg je de kans om écht impact te maken: je brengt structuur, bewaakt rapportering en werkt samen met interne stakeholders, divisie en groep om veiligheid op een hoger niveau te tillen.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Verder uitbouwen en versterken van het veiligheidsbeleid binnen de organisatie.
  • Vertalen van groepsrichtlijnen en veiligheidsdoelstellingen naar concrete acties op de werkvloer.
  • Opvolgen van arbeidsongevallen, incidenten en preventieve acties met focus op structurele verbetering.
  • Correct en tijdig rapporteren naar interne stakeholders, divisie en groep.
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden rond veiligheid, risico's en technische vraagstukken.
  • Opvolgen van CE-certificaten en technische veiligheidsaspecten bij indienstnames.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een preventiemedewerker die aan jou rapporteert.
  • Actief meebouwen aan een veiligheidscultuur waarin verantwoordelijkheid, discipline en betrokkenheid centraal staan.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2; Niveau 1 is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen veiligheid, waarvan minimum 5 jaar in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol.
  • Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement, nauwkeurige rapportering en communiceert vlot in het Frans en Engels; Nederlands is een pluspunt of je bent bereid dit verder te leren.
