The posting

Voor de hoofdzetel in Oelegem zijn we op zoek naar een Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 die actief wil bijdragen aan een veilige, gezonde en aangename werkomgeving van Pauwels Sauzen.

Jouw functie:

Als Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 werk je nauw samen met de SHE Manager en speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder ontwikkelen en verankeren van de veiligheidscultuur binnen de organisatie.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Mee uitwerken, implementeren en opvolgen van het preventiebeleid en het globaal preventieplan.
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en risico-evaluaties in samenwerking met de verschillende afdelingen.
  • Begeleiden van wettelijke keuringen en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Onderzoeken van incidenten, arbeidsongevallen en risicovolle situaties en formuleren van verbeteracties.
  • Organiseren van veiligheidsrondgangen, evacuatieoefeningen en oefeningen voor de eerste interventieploeg.
  • Opstellen, verbeteren en implementeren van veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Geven van toolboxmeetings en veiligheidsopleidingen.
  • Sensibiliseren en adviseren van medewerkers rond veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van de Interne Dienst voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere uitbouw van een sterke veiligheidscultuur en welzijnsbeleid.
  • Rapporteren aan de SHE Manager.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je bent in het bezit van het attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je denkt proactief mee en formuleert verbeteringsvoorstellen voor het preventiebeleid.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, gestructureerd en overtuigend.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving en hanteert een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
