Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.

Onze klant is een internationaal actieve machinebouwer met een sterke reputatie binnen zijn nichemarkt. Vanuit een moderne vestiging in regio Koksijde ontwikkelen en produceren zij innovatieve technische oplossingen die wereldwijd worden ingezet. Door interne doorgroei zijn zij op zoek naar een Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 die veiligheid, welzijn én facility verder op de kaart wil zetten.

Functieomschrijving Als Preventieadviseur ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alles wat betrekking heeft tot veiligheid, welzijn en preventie binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om ook een rol op te nemen binnen het facilitybeheer van de site.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Het verder uitbouwen en opvolgen van het preventie- en veiligheidsbeleid.
  • Het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, werkplekinspecties en het opvolgen van preventieve acties.
  • Het adviseren en ondersteunen van management en medewerkers rond veiligheid en welzijn op het werk.
  • Het organiseren van veiligheidsopleidingen, toolboxen en sensibiliseringsacties.
  • Het opvolgen van de geldende wetgeving en samenwerken met externe preventiediensten.
  • Het coördineren van externe aannemers en toezien op veilige werkzaamheden.
  • Het ondersteunen van facility-gerelateerde projecten en de verdere opvolging van de bedrijfsinfrastructuur.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen en bijdragen aan een veilige, efficiënte en aangename werkomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen een productie- of technische omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en bent pragmatisch ingesteld.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet collega's op een positieve manier mee te nemen in veiligheidsinitiatieven.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Engels.
