Je schakelt met klanten, leveranciers en collega's om aanvragen goed te beoordelen, prijzen op te vragen en opdrachten netjes over te dragen aan de operatie. Daarbij houd je oog voor conversie, marktontwikkelingen en een correcte administratieve afhandeling in de systemen. Je werkt in een klein, ambitieus team waar samenwerken, initiatief en commerciële scherpte belangrijk zijn. Het kantoor staat in Hoofddorp/Schiphol, waar je de ruimte krijgt om mee te denken over verbetering en groei. In deze rol als Pricing Specialist behandel je transportaanvragen van A tot Z voor lucht- en zeevracht. Je beoordeelt de aanvraag, vraagt tarieven op bij onder meer wegtransporteurs, rederijen, co-loaders en airlines, en zet vervolgens een passende offerte neer voor vaste klanten en agenten. Als een opdracht is geconverteerd, draag je die zorgvuldig over aan de operationele collega's. Je houdt daarbij contact met klanten, leveranciers en je eigen netwerk, zodat afspraken helder blijven en de service op niveau is. Ook bewaak je de administratie in de systemen en stem je de prijsstrategie af met de manager. Daarnaast denk je mee over conversie, afterservice en het verbeteren van processen. - Behandelen van transportaanvragen voor general cargo, commodities en bijzondere ladingen. - Opvragen en vergelijken van tarieven bij leveranciers zoals transporteurs, rederijen, co-loaders en airlines. - Opstellen van offertes voor vaste klanten en agenten. - Voorbereiden van geconverteerde orders voor overdracht aan de operationele medewerkers. - Telefonisch klantcontact en acquisitie. - Afstemmen van de prijsstrategie met de manager en uitvoe...
