1 Primarärztin bzw. Primararzt für die Klinische Abteilung für Innere Medizin IV - Pneumologie in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgabenbereiche:

* Medizinische, organisatorische und wirtschaftliche Leitung der Klinischen Abteilung für Innere Medizin IV - Pneumologie: aktuell 88 Betten, mit den Schwerpunkten nichtinvasive Beatmung, Weaning und Einstellung auf außerklinische Beatmung (6-Betten RCU), Diagnostik & Therapie der Tuberkulose (10 Betten-Isoliereinheit), Schlafmedizin (8-Betten Schlaflabor), Palliativmedizin (8-Betten Palliativeinheit); große Ambulanz mit 7500 Patientenkontakten pro Jahr, umfassende Betreuung von Patienten mit thorakalen Malignomen, moderne Endoskopie mit endobronchialem US + Endosonographie, Spezialambulanzen für interstitielle Lungenkrankheiten, schweres Asthma und pulmonale Hypertension. * Eine Integration der Klinischen Abteilung, auch in den Neubau des Universitätsklinikums Wr. Neustadt-Hochegg, Standort Wr. Neustadt, ist geplant. * Sicherstellung der umfassenden Patientenversorgung im Versorgungsbereich * Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Leistungsspektrums und der strukturellen und organisatorischen Abläufe innerhalb Ihres Verantwortungsbereiches * Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen im Klinikum sowie innerhalb der NÖ Landesgesundheitsagentur, insbesondere im Rahmen von haus- und regionenübergreifenden Tumorboards

Ihre Kompetenzen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachärztin bzw. zum Facharzt für Innere Medizin und Pneumologie bzw. eine vergleichbare Fachausbildung in Pneumologie und umfassende Kenntnisse sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Fachbereich * Nachweis der Berufsberechtigung als Fachärztin bzw. Facharzt für Innere Medizin und Pneumologie in Österreich, der insbesondere durch eine entsprechende Eintragung in die Österreichische Ärzteliste erbracht werden kann * Sozial-, Führungs-, Gestaltungs- und Managementkompetenz - nachweisliche Führungserfahrung von Vorteil * Managementausbildung für Führungskräfte mit universitärem Charakter oder Leadership-Programm der NÖ Landesgesundheitsagentur bzw. die Bereitschaft, diese/s zu absolvieren
