Rhenen streeft naar een klantgerichte dienstverlening en ontwikkelt zich richting zelforganisatie en resultaatgericht werken. De gemeente hecht waarde aan kennisdeling, korte lijnen en praktische toepasbaarheid van regels binnen de dagelijkse praktijk. Beschrijving Voor 6 uur per week zoekt de gemeente tijdelijk een ervaren Privacy Officer die praktisch en risicogericht privacyadvies levert. Je adviseert medewerkers, management en bestuur over de toepassing van de AVG en gerelateerde wet- en regelgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met de Functionaris Gegevensbescherming (FG), CISO, juridische collega's en informatieadviseurs. De rol is compact en effectief: je stelt prioriteiten, werkt risicogericht en focust op impactvolle privacyvraagstukken binnen de beschikbare uren. Team Je maakt deel uit van het team Juridisch, Inkoop en Gegevensbescherming en hebt contact met collega's door de hele organisatie. De organisatie heeft korte lijnen; je bent een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden met privacyvragen. Opdracht Tijdelijk invullen van de functie van Privacy Officer voor circa 6 uur per week. Je ondersteunt en adviseert bij privacyvraagstukken, houdt registers actueel, voert DPIA's uit en begeleidt datalekafhandelingen. Je bepaalt in samenspraak met de organisatie welke privacywerkzaamheden binnen de beschikbare uren prioriteit krijgen. Taken (kern) - Adviseren over AVG-toepassing en privacyvraagstukken voor medewerkers, management en bestuur; - Begeleiden en uitvoeren van DPIA's en adviseren over passende maatregelen; - Afhandelen en adviseren over datalekken en het bijhouden van het datalekkenregister; - Opstellen en beoordelen van verwerkersovereenkomsten, convenanten en privacybepalingen; - Ondersteunen bij verzoeken van betrokkenen (inzage, correctie, verwijdering) en privacyregistraties up-to-date houden; - Bijdragen aan privacybeleid, werkinstructies, bewustwording en advisering bij nieuwe systemen e...
