Hybride Amersfoort, Nederland € 4.500 - € 6.200 per maand Vacature details Solliciteren Als Incident, Problem & Change Manager bij Solvinity ben jij de spil van het Service Control Room. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze ITSM-processen, coördineert incidenten en changes voor klanten als het ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid, de Politie en ING. Daarnaast draag je ook de rol van meewerkend Teamcoördinator. Je werkt mee, coacht de medewerkers en houdt overzicht en brengt rust én richting in een van de meest beveiligde IT-omgevingen van Nederland. Wat ga je doen? Je dag begint met de stand-up die onder jouw leiding inhoudt krijgt. Vooraf heb jij kennisgenomen van de actuele workload in ServiceNow, de openstaande tickets en de SLA-risico's. Je bepaalt wat prioriteit heeft en wie wat oppakt. Daarna doe je gewoon mee. Zo zit jouw functie in elkaar. Zo'n 60 tot 70 procent van je tijd werk je actief mee in het Service Control Room (SCR). Je registreert, classificeert en prioriteert incidenten. Je coördineert de afhandeling van P1- en P2-incidenten: je bewaakt de communicatie, zorgt dat de juiste teams worden betrokken en houdt de tijdlijn bij. Je evalueert Request for Changes op impact en risico, bewaakt de uitvoering en zorgt dat lessons learned worden meegenomen in het changeproces. Zo werk je structureel aan stabiliteit en kwaliteit van de IT-dienstverlening. De overige 30 tot 40 procent van je tijd draag je de rol van meewerkend Teamcoördinator. Je bewaakt kwaliteit van ticketregistratie, categorisatie en klantcommunicatie in ServiceNow. Je bewaakt SLA- en OLA-afspraken, spreekt collega's aan waar nodig en signaleert verbetermogelijkheden in processen en tooling. Je werkt nauw samen met technische oplosteams, Service Managers, Procesmanagement en ServiceNow-beheer.
