Ben jij de schakel tussen onze strategische doelen op het gebied van waterkwantiteit en -kwaliteit en het werk dat wordt uitgevoerd aan onze watersystemen? Wat ga je doen Samen met je collega's werk je aan het realiseren van voldoende en schoon oppervlaktewater binnen ons verzorgingsgebied dat bruist van het leven. Als Proces Engineer Watersysteem bij ons waterschap ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor de primaire processen binnen de 'assetlijn' watersysteem, waarmee we voorzien in de juiste hoeveelheid en de juiste kwaliteit van het water. Jij stelt op tactisch niveau (bedrijfsvoering)concepten op voor het operationeel beheer en gebruik van de assets van het waterschap binnen de kaders en wet- en regelgeving. Deze assets bestaan onder andere uit waterlopen, gemalen en stuwen. Je voert regie over het monitoren van het beheer en gebruik van de assets (geeft opdracht tot monitoring van hoofdprestaties) en levert bovendien advies over het beheer, gebruik en het optimaliseren ervan. Je stelt werkprocessen op en implementeert deze. Je treedt op als troubleshooter bij knelpunten die niet kunnen worden opgelost binnen de reguliere operationele bedrijfsvoering. Jij zorgt dat systeemoptimalisaties (al dan niet in de vorm van studies) plaatsvinden en dat afwijkingen van gestelde normen worden verklaard. Bovendien lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het uitwerken van onze Watergebiedsplannen (het watersysteem kent een grote vernieuwingsopgave; via een gebiedsgerichte aanpak, o.a. binnen deze Watergebiedsplannen, wordt bepaald hoe het watersysteem toekomstbestendig wordt ingericht).
