In de 5-ploegendienst aan de slag als procesoperator met verantwoordelijkheid én afwisseling. Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Jij zorgt dat het productieproces 24/7 doordraait, werkzaamheden die hierbij horen zijn onder andere; - Voert kwaliteitsmetingen en controles uit tijdens het proces - Lost kleine storingen op en voert klein technisch onderhoud uit - Meldt afwijkingen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen - Helpt bij het laden en lossen van grondstoffen en eindproduct.

Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je komt te werken bij een internationaal productiebedrijf dat marktleider is in de productie van hoogwaardige eiwitten voor de voedingsmiddelen- en gezondheidsindustrie. De fabriek in Ter Apelkanaal is volledig geautomatiseerd en werkt volgens de hoogste normen op het gebied van veiligheid en voedselkwaliteit.

Als procesoperator werk je grotendeels vanuit de controlekamer. Daar bewaak je het volautomatische productieproces via moderne systemen. Je voert verschillende metingen en kwaliteitscontroles uit en grijpt in als dat nodig is. Je draait mee in een vast team van drie operators en een voorman. De sfeer is nuchter en collegiaal. Iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren en helpt elkaar waar nodig. Veiligheid en voedselkwaliteit staan altijd voorop.
