Ken jij de (petro)chemische procesindustrie als geen ander, heb jij passie voor je vak en ga je geen uitdaging uit de weg? Lees dan meer over jouw nieuwe uitdaging! Jouw uitdaging In deze functie zorg je voor efficiënte en veilige processen voor de productie van zout. Je signaleert storingen en reageert daar adequaat op om het proces te laten doorlopen en de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de fabriek te blijven waarborgen. Het werk is divers en afwisselend, zo houd je de processen achter het paneel in de gaten en loop je je rondes buiten om alles goed in de gaten te houden. Ook wordt een deel van de good housekeeping activiteiten in de fabriek en rond de transportbanden verricht door de operators om de continuïteit van het productie en verlaadproces te waarborgen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Het is verantwoordelijk en serieus werk, dat je niet alleen van achter het paneel in de controlekamer kunt doen. Je gaat als operator ook het terrein op om de processen langs te lopen en te controleren of wat de instrumenten binnen aangeven ook in het echt precies zo werkt. - Je stelt installaties veilig volgens LoToTo principe, beoordeeld werkvergunningen en geeft werkplekken vrij. - Je beoordeelt dreigende of actuele technische storingen en onderneemt passende acties vanuit de stelregel: safety first (and second!)). - Je ondersteunt de onderhouds- en engineeringafdelingen bij het opzetten en uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten en ben je Senior operator dan begeleidt je als mentor leerlingen, stagiairs en 2e en 3e operators bij het vlekkeloos en veilig uitvoeren van hun taken.
