The posting

DOP ondersteunt kinderen, jongeren en volwassenen met een (vermoeden van) beperking. We geloven dat ieder mens het recht heeft om eigen keuzes te maken en regie te nemen over het eigen Ieven, in verbinding met zichzelf, anderen en de samenleving. Om echt regie te kunnen nemen, is het belangrijk om samen te werken met de context waar iedereen deel van uitmaakt.

Elk D.O.P.-traject is uniek. De inhoud wordt bepaald door de vragen, wensen, competenties, bezorgdheden en noden van de cliënt en diens netwerk.Als procescoach ondersteun je een open en nieuwsgierig denkproces en werk je netwerkverbredend als dit gevraagd wordt. Je zorgt ervoor dat de denkgroep samen actief op zoek kan gaan naar de vragen die leven en hoe ze hiermee aan de slag kunnen gaan. Met de brillen van mensen die mee in de situatie zitten, verken je het verhaal en de context en visualiseer je dit.

Van daaruit ga je op zoek naar wie of wat nodig is om een Goed Leven Plan uit te werken. Als procescoach is het belangrijk om de rode draad doorheen het traject te zien en te behouden. Het doel is om samen tot een vlot leesbaar, realistisch, gedragen en inclusief Plan te komen waarmee het netwerk praktisch aan de slag kan om dit uit te werken. Linking naar diensten en organisaties is daarom ook een opdracht van de procescoach.

Op regelmatige basis overleg je met collega’s van je regioteam op lokale contactpunten en bij organisaties vanuit samenwerking in jullie regio. We werken participatief vanuit het geloof dat elke medewerker van betekenis kan zijn. Dit houdt in dat je ook rollen kan opnemen in interne overlegorganen die aansluiten bij je interesse en kwaliteiten.

Je zorgt mee voor een goede samenwerking met welzijnsactoren en netwerkpartners uit de regio Waasland.
