Opdrachtomschrijving Binnen de afdeling Dienstverlening van Drinkwater zoeken wij voor het Expertteam een Procesconsultant Drinkwater. Het Expertteam heeft behoefte aan tijdelijke versterking op het gebied van procesanalyse en procesverbetering, om de facturatie-, betalings- en klantcontactprocessen van de afdeling verder te verbeteren en te borgen. Als Procesconsultant Drinkwater speel je een sleutelrol in het verbeteren van de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van de processen binnen de afdeling Dienstverlening. Je legt verantwoording af aan de teamleider Expertteam. Je beweegt je gemakkelijk tussen de teams en fungeert als sparringpartner voor collega's van het Expertteam, key-users en management. Met jouw analytische blik en adviesvaardigheden help je de afdeling continu te ontwikkelen en te optimaliseren. Je speurt naar verbeterpotentieel en risico's, deelt jouw inzichten met management en teams en zorgt ervoor dat verbeteringen ook echt worden uitgevoerd en standhouden. Je acteert als procesmanager over de processen heen en zorgt voor actuele en heldere procesbeschrijvingen, inclusief bevoegdheden en verantwoordelijkheden. Je hebt een helikopterview: je bewaakt de algehele samenhang tussen de processen en zorgt voor een optimale aansluiting tussen werkprocessen, systemen en teams. Je analyseert en verbetert de bestaande facturatie-, betalings- en klantcontactprocessen: je signaleert knelpunten en risico's, herleidt die naar de oorzaak in het proces, maakt concrete verbetervoorstellen en implementeert deze samen met de teams.
