Onze klant is een vooraanstaande, sterk geautomatiseerde en continu groeiende industriële onderneming in de regio rond Roeselare. Om de continue efficiëntie, kwaliteit en optimalisatie van de high-volume verpakkings- en afwerkingslijnen te garanderen, zoeken wij een gedreven en analytische Procesingenieur.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

Als Procesingenieur speel je een sleutelrol op het snijvlak van process engineering, operationele optimalisatie en Continuous Improvement (CI). Je richt je op het analyseren van de operationele productielijnen, het reduceren van stilstanden en het structureel verhogen van de efficiëntie. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de CI Lead, Engineering en de operationele teams op de werkvloer.

  • Data- & Procesanalyse: Analyseren van productiemetrics, machinedata en KPI's om inefficiënties en kwetsbaarheden in het productieproces bloot te leggen. Je combineert datasystemen met continue observaties op de werkvloer.
  • Continuous Improvement (CI): Actief toepassen van Lean- en CI-methodieken. Je initieert, leidt en volgt verbeterprojecten op om rendementswinsten te realiseren op bestaande productielijnen.
  • Operationele Optimalisatie: Identificeren van technische knelpunten, evalueren en fijnstellen van procesparameters en het vertalen van verbetervoorstellen naar concrete actiepunten voor de technische dienst.
  • Implementatie & Change Management: Uitvoeren van voorstudies voor procesaanpassingen, adviseren bij de integratie van nieuwe installaties en het begeleiden en opleiden van operatoren bij het borgen van nieuwe werkwijzen.
  • Nieuwe Product- & Procesintroducties: Beoordelen van de impact en haalbaarheid van nieuwe product- of verpakkingsvarianten op de huidige installaties, bepalen van de optimale instellingen en valideren van het productieproces.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Opleiding: Master-werk- en denkniveau (Industrieel Ingenieur, Burgerlijk Ingenieur, Bio-ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Ervaring: Minstens 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring als Procesingenieur, Productie-ingenieur, Continuous Improvement Engineer of Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Analytisch & Technisch: Sterk inzicht in de werking van productiemachines, data-analyse en het onderbouwen van procesverbeteringen met KPI's.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Hands-on, proactief, zelfstandig en beschikkend over voldoende maturiteit en overtuigingskracht om draagvlak te creëren en weerstand om te buigen bij ervaren operatoren op de werkvloer.
