Voor een innovatieve producent van industriële filtratieoplossingen zoeken we een Procesingenieur die een sleutelrol opneemt in het continu verbeteren van productieprocessen. Je combineert technische analyse met een hands-on aanpak en krijgt de ruimte om verbeteringen daadwerkelijk te realiseren op de werkvloer.

Je bent de drijvende kracht achter procesoptimalisaties en efficiëntieverbeteringen binnen de productieomgeving. Door productiegegevens te analyseren, bottlenecks bloot te leggen en verbeterprojecten op te zetten, zorg je ervoor dat de installaties veiliger, betrouwbaarder en productiever worden.

Jouw uitdaging

  • Productieproblemen analyseren en omzetten in duurzame verbeteringen.
  • Productieprocessen optimaliseren op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit, rendement en efficiëntie.
  • Verbeterprojecten van A tot Z begeleiden, van analyse en concept tot implementatie en borging.
  • Downtime onderzoeken, oorzaken identificeren en structurele oplossingen uitwerken.
  • Samenwerken met productie, onderhoud, kwaliteit en engineering om verbeteringen succesvol door te voeren.
  • Risicoanalyses uitvoeren en mee waken over een veilige productieomgeving.
  • Processen monitoren, prestaties opvolgen en nieuwe optimalisatiekansen detecteren.
  • Werkinstructies en standaardprocedures uitwerken om kennis en verbeteringen duurzaam te verankeren.
  • Bachelor of master Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische productieomgeving.
  • Sterke interesse in procesverbetering, operational excellence en continuous improvement.
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om data en productieproblemen te vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Kennis van Lean, Six Sigma of andere verbetermethodieken is een plus.
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels.
