Betaalde training, doorgroeimogelijkheden & dikke toeslag! Wat ga je doen? Overzicht houden, een team van zo'n 50 man aansturen en met creatieve oplossingen komen. Dat is in een notendop wat jij doet als fulltime procesmanager bij PostNL in Zwolle. Met als doel om alle kerstkaarten op tijd te laten bezorgen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de doelstellingen worden gehaald, eventuele problemen worden voorkomen (of verholpen) en dat iedereen weet wat hem of haar te doen staat. Ook denk je continu na over hoe het proces slimmer en efficiënter kan. Want die machine kan geen minuut stilstaan. Kaartloze kerst? Not on your watch . Training, werkdagen en toeslagen Kennis van leiding geven en logistieke processen is mooi meegenomen. Maar je krijgt nog wel een betaalde training in november, zodat je straks alle ins en outs van het proces goed kent. Daarna werk je als fulltime procesmanager 5 of 6 nachten per week. Kerstkaarten hebben geen 9-tot-5-mentaliteit. Jij zal daarom nachtdiensten draaien. Van maandag tot en met zaterdag, in de maand december. Omdat jij 's nachts werkt, ontvang je een toeslag van 40%. Als je na de feestdagen aan het werk wilt blijven, helpen we je daar natuurlijk graag bij. We hebben allerlei interessante vacatures bij jou in de buurt.
