The posting

Als Procesoperator bij de afdeling cobalt bedien je meerdere machines en/of reactoren en analyseer je stalen uit het productieproces en garandeert zo de productieoutput binnen de normen voor kwantiteit, kwaliteit, milieu en veiligheid.

De productieprocessen kenmerken zich door het uitvoeren van een reeks opeenvolgende verschillende bewerkingen. Via gecontroleerde chemische reacties, op industriële schaal, worden allerlei chemische stoffen geproduceerd. De kern van het productieproces bestaat uit het samenvoegen van twee of meer chemische stoffen in reactiekuipen en/of het fysisch mengen van diverse grondstoffen. De installaties (zoals reactoren, mengers, destillatiekolommen, koeling en drogers) staan over verschillende verdiepingen verspreid. De bediening verloopt door het uitvoeren van een aantal manuele handelingen ter plaatse en het sturen van pompen, roerwerken en dergelijke van op, in de productie opgestelde, controlepanelen.

  • Idealiter heb je een diploma Hoger Technisch Secundair Onderwijs Chemie of Bachelor Chemie
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring en doorgedreven kennis van chemische producten, installaties als leidingen, filters en pompen in Atex omgeving
  • Ervaring met het besturen van een (klem)heftruck en transpallet is een pluspunt (of je bent bereid dit snel bij te leren)
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van MS-Office en PLC-bedieningspanelen.
  • Je bent iemand die efficiënt kan omgaan met onvolledige informatie en je kunt jezelf correct inschatten waarover je te weinig expertise hebt.
  • Je draagt het nauwgezet volgen van (veiligheids)voorschriften en procedures hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en gedisciplineerd
  • Je kunt werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (vroeg/laat)
