Als procesoperator zorg jij ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Jij houdt de machines draaiende en zorgt dat het productieproces zo soepel mogelijk verloopt. Je stelt de machines goed af, lost kleine storingen op en weet precies wat er nodig is om de boel in beweging te houden. Samen met je collega’s ben je onmisbaar in het maken van onze producten. Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je gaat aan de slag bij een verpakkingsbedrijf. Dit bedrijf in de levensmiddelenbranche, waar ze met een 3-ploegenrooster werken. Als de ambitie er is biedt de opdrachtgever jou de kans om jezelf verder te ontplooien als procesoperator en bieden zij ook de doorgroeimogelijkheid tot ploegleider. Voorafgaand zal je eerst worden ingewerkt zodat je een beeld krijgt van de onderneming en je bekend bent bij je nieuwe collega's. Na afloop van dit traject ben je goed voorbereid om zelfstandig aan het werk te gaan. Wat we jou bieden Naast persoonlijk contact - Een fulltime baan in 3-ploegen met veel uitdaging bij een prachtig bedrijf; - Uitgebreid leer- en inwerktraject, zodat je direct goed aan de baan begint; - Een goede en prettige sfeer op de werkvloer; - Een beloning die kan oplopen van €2.800,- tot €3.500,- bruto per maand (ploegendienstvergoeding meegerekend); - Uitkijk op een vaste aanstelling bij goed functioneren; - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals kilometervergoeding, een riante vakantieregeling en een goede pensioenvergoeding; - Voldoende kansen voor jouw ontwikkeling, door het volgen van trainingen binnen het bedrijf en kosteloos de noodzakelijke certificaten bemachtigen; - Wij hebben aandacht voor jouw ontwikkeling, zo kan jij doorgroeien tot ploegleider.
