Procesoperator - Anqore Geleen Wil jij werken in een uitdagend chemisch proces, waar veiligheid, vakmanschap en samenwerken centraal staan? Als procesoperator werk je samen met je ploeg aan een veilige en betrouwbare productie en een constante, goede productkwaliteit. In onze chemische plant maken we onder andere acrylonitril, acetonitril en blauwzuur. Deze grondstoffen worden later verwerkt in heel verschillende producten, zoals speelgoed, koffieapparaten, latex handschoenen voor ziekenhuizen en onderdelen voor de automotive. Ons productieproces is complex. Dat maakt het werk juist interessant. Wat ga je doen? Als procesoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van de productie-installaties en het controleren van het productieproces in de plant. Je werkt in teamverband: ieder heeft zijn eigen taken, maar samen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele productieproces. Je werkt in ploegendienst volgens een 2-2-2-rooster. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: · zelfstandig uitvoeren van bedienings- en controlewerkzaamheden aan de verschillende procesinstallaties; · signaleren van afwijkingen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, productie, kosten en milieu en waar mogelijk voorstellen doen voor verbetering; · uitvoeren van controlerondes, nemen van monsters en beoordelen van analysegegevens; · voorbereiden van werkzaamheden zodat deze ingepland kunnen worden en uitvoeren van veiligstelwerkzaamheden; · assisteren bij en uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden; · vastleggen van relevante informatie en waar nodig informeren van de Chef van Dienst en hoofdoperators over de situatie in de installatie; · nauw samenwerken met de meetkameroperators tijdens werkzaamheden en onderhouds- en productiestops.
