- Procesoperator 5-ploegen Locatie Nuth Opleiding BSO Ervaring Minimaal 2 jaar Werkweek 40 uur Loon €3.594 - €4.286 p.m. Zoekwoorden: 5-Ploegen Jij houdt chemische productieprocessen draaiende en grijpt direct in wanneer afwijkingen ontstaan. In deze functie bewaak je geavanceerde procesinstallaties vanuit de controlekamer én op de werkvloer. Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en techniek centraal staan. Elke dienst biedt nieuwe uitdagingen binnen een dynamische productieomgeving. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever bewaak en bedien je procesinstallaties binnen een chemische productieomgeving. Je controleert procesparameters vanuit de controlekamer en voert inspectierondes uit om installaties veilig en optimaal te laten functioneren. Je analyseert procesafwijkingen en stuurt productieprocessen bij om kwaliteit, rendement en veiligheid te waarborgen. Daarnaast neem je monsters, voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreer je productiegegevens nauwkeurig in geautomatiseerde systemen. Je ondersteunt bij het opstarten, stilleggen en ombouwen van installaties en zorgt voor een duidelijke ploegoverdracht. Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit aan procesapparatuur en signaleert technische storingen. Je werkt nauw samen met de technische dienst tijdens onderhoudswerkzaamheden en productiestops. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan verbeteringen op het gebied van procesefficiëntie, veiligheid en kwaliteit. Je ziet toe op naleving van milieu-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften binnen de productieomgeving. Ook denk je mee over optimalisaties die bijdragen aan een stabiel en betrouwbaar productieproces. Werken bij Evoke Je gaat via Evoke Nederland aan de slag in deze functie.
