Dit bedrijf in de procesindustrie richt zich op duurzame productie van biobrandstoffen en het hergebruik van reststromen om grondstoffen efficiënter te benutten en de milieubelasting te verminderen. De organisatie combineert technische vakkennis met een sterke focus op veiligheid, milieu en continue procesverbetering. Medewerkers voeren werkzaamheden uit binnen gesloten productieprocessen waarin monitoring, kwaliteitszorg en preventief onderhoud centraal staan. Werken in deze organisatie betekent een hands-on functie met directe impact op de betrouwbaarheid van installaties en op de milieuprestaties van de fabriek. Het salaris ligt tussen €2600 en €4500 per maand en wordt gecombineerd met marktconforme arbeidsvoorwaarden en een volcontinurooster met toeslagen. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen, bewaken en bijsturen van productieprocessen als Procesoperator. - Bedienen en monitoren van besturingssystemen en instrumentatie om productieparameters te optimaliseren. - Storingen en procesafwijkingen zelfstandig oplossen en herstel- en preventieve acties initiëren. - Direct actie ondernemen bij signalen voor veiligheid, milieu of kwaliteit en afwijkingen rapporteren. - Procesaanpassingen en overdrachten uitvoeren binnen het volcontinurooster en meewerken aan verbeterprojecten. - Bedienen en instellen van receptinstellingen in het DCS/PLC/SCADA, reactorvaten, pompen en warmtewisselaars aansturen, visuele controles en eerstelijns onderhoud uitvoeren en technische dienst of teamleider inschakelen bij complexere storingen. Functie-eisen - MBO opleiding, bij voorkeur VAPRO-B of VAPRO-C. - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in vergelijkbare procesfuncties binnen de procesindustrie. - Hands-on mentaliteit en technisch inzicht om storingen snel op te lossen. - Kennis van en houding gericht op veiligheid, milieu en kwaliteit. - Communicatief vaardig en een echte..
