Wat ga je doen? Als Procesoperator ga je aan de slag bij een toonaangevend productiebedrijf in de regio. Je werkt in een volcontinu ploegensysteem volgens een 2-2-2 rooster. In deze functie leer je de installatie stap voor stap kennen. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, breid je je kennis verder uit en krijg je de mogelijkheid om door te groeien richting de rol van paneeloperator. Heb jij een passie voor techniek en procestechniek? Dan voel je je in deze functie snel thuis. Je werkt met moderne productie-installaties waarin continu wordt geïnvesteerd in nieuwe technologieën en verbeteringen. Door de combinatie van werkzaamheden in de controlekamer en buiten in de fabriek krijg je een goed inzicht in het volledige proces. Hierdoor herken je afwijkingen tijdig, los je problemen efficiënt op en draag je bij aan een veilige en stabiele productieomgeving.
