ProfCore ondersteunt ROCKWOOL in Roermond bij de werving en selectie van een procesoperator B, die direct een contract krijgen bij ROCKWOOL.

Als Procesoperator A bedien je met gemak diverse productiemachines in verschillende productiehallen. Je focust je op het bewaken van het productieproces. Bij ROCKWOOL produceren ze hoogwaardige steenwolproducten. Wat mooi is! Je begint met een ervaren collega aan je zijde die je het vak leert. Daarna krijg je steeds meer zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen deel van de fabriek. Dit doe je niet alleen, wereldwijd werk je samen met 12.000 Rockwool-collega's en zorg je voor topkwaliteit productie. In de robuuste omgeving werk je in een 3-, 4- of 5-ploegendiensten, afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur. Wat je allemaal te wachten staat?

  • Je bedient de productiemachines op een veilige en verantwoorde manier.
  • Je voert regelmatig kwaliteitscontroles uit om te zorgen dat het eindproduct aan alle eisen voldoet.
  • Je stelt installaties nauwkeurig in en regelt ze bij waar nodig om het productieproces optimaal te laten verlopen.
  • Je zorgt voor orde en netheid op de werkvloer en houd je aan de geldende milieuvoorschriften.
  • Je voert onderhoud en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden aan de machines uit tijdens de geplande stops.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud aan de installaties.
  • Je beschikt over een MBO-2 diploma in (proces)techniek of een Operator A (VAPRO) certificaat.
  • Je hebt technische affiniteit en bent leergierig ingesteld.
  • Je beschikt over een heftruckcertificaat. Heb je deze niet? Wij helpen jou om deze op korte termijn te behalen.
  • Je hebt de ambitie, je bent nieuwsgierig en je hebt motivatie om jezelf continu te blijven ontwikkelen.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
