Functieomschrijving: Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel en veilig laten verlopen van verschillende klantspecifieke productieprocessen. Omdat je binnen een chemische productieomgeving werkt, staat veilig en nauwkeurig werken altijd voorop. Als procesoperator houd jij je onder andere bezig met: • Instellen, bedienen en controleren van extruders, drogers en verpakkingslijnen. • Voorbereiden, doseren en tijdig aanvoeren van de benodigde grondstoffen. • Bewaken van het productieproces en controleren of de installaties optimaal blijven draaien. • Reinigen en ombouwen van machines tijdens product- en kleurwisselingen. • Vullen en legen van productiemachines en zorgen voor een correcte productdoorvoer. • Nemen van productmonsters en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles om de gewenste productkwaliteit te waarborgen. • Signaleren van afwijkingen in het proces en tijdig afstemmen met de lijnoperator. • Verplaatsen e
