Locatie Vondelingenplaat Rotterdam Synsel Techniek Bedrijfsomschrijving: Locatie: Rotterdam. Deze organisatie heeft een productievestiging in Rotterdam waar fysische en chemische batchprocessen worden uitgevoerd voor de productie van sulfiden en fijn chemicaliën. De locatie werkt met reactorvaten met verschillende typen roerwerken, condensors, warmtewisselaars, filters, drogers en tanks voor grondstoffen en eindproducten. Een deel van de installatie is geautomatiseerd en wordt bewaakt vanuit een controlekamer en op afstand via draagbare apparaten. Vanwege de aard van de grondstoffen en processen gelden er specifieke veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften en is de locatie BRZO-plichtig. Medewerkers voeren werkzaamheden uit in batchprocessen en zijn betrokken bij opslag van grond- en hulpstoffen, afvullen en verzendklaar maken van gereed product en het laden en lossen van bulkproducten. Het team werkt in een 5-ploegendienst en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, neemt monsters en meldt afwijkende analyseresultaten volgens vastgestelde procedures. De organisatie biedt een gestructureerd onboardingtraject en mogelijkheden voor vakgerichte opleidingen en interne doorgroei naar allround operator of leidinggevende functies.
