  • Je start de koffiebranderij op en stelt de brandinstallaties correct in op basis van de productieplanning.
  • Je bewaakt het volledige brand- en maalproces en grijpt snel en doordacht in bij storingen of afwijkingen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat maalmolens en verpakkingslijnen tijdig worden aangevuld met vers gebrande koffie.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit zodat elke batch voldoet aan onze hoge normen.
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen en bespreekt deze met de meewerkend teamleader.
  • Je reinigt de koffiebrander volgens het reinigingsplan en houdt je werkplek ordelijk en hygiënisch.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en lost kleine technische storingen zelfstandig op.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
  • Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een vlot productieproces en een optimaal rendement.

Jouw profiel:

  • kok- of bakkersdiploma en ben je klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving en weet hoe je processen veilig en efficiënt laat verlopen.
  • Werken in twee ploegen vormt voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en helpt mee om het productieapparaat te onderhouden.
  • Je bent sterk gemotiveerd om het koffiebrand- en maalproces volledig onder de knie te krijgen.
  • Je denkt mee over verbetering en blijft alert voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en praktisch ingesteld en neemt verantwoordelijkheid wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een mooie troef.
