Functieomschrijving:

  • Je verhoogt de efficiëntie van de afvullijnen door het ontwikkelen, beheren en implementeren van diverse verbeteracties met als doel de productiviteit en kwaliteit te optimaliseren.
  • Je analyseert productieprocessen en rapporteert over verlies in kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
  • Je pakt kritieke problemen aan door kortetermijnoplossingen te bieden via root cause analyses en stelt langetermijn-verbeteringen voor.
  • Daarbij betrek en motiveer je je teamleden om hen meer autonomie te geven in hun functie.
  • Je bewaakt voortdurend het afvulproces op vlak van kwaliteit, input/output, veiligheid en ergonomie.
  • Je werkt samen met het productieteam en teamcoördinator aan technische verbeteringsvoorstellen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat deze verbeteringen effectief worden doorgevoerd, steeds in lijn met de operational excellence strategie.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel technische als organisatorische verbeterprojecten van A tot Z.
  • Je fungeert als back-up van de afvulproductiemanager bij de dagelijkse operationele activiteiten van de afdeling.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een master "Industrieel ingenieur" of beschikt over een bachelor met relevante ervaring.
  • Jij hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Projectmanagementervaring is een plus maar geen must.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands; kennis van Engels en/of Frans is ook een plus.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met TPM, Lean of Operational Excellence.
  • Je beschikt over ervaring met MES-systemen.
  • Jij bent vlot in MS Office, vooral Excel.
  • Analytisch en probleemoplossend kunnen denken, Innovatief zijn en communicatief sterk zijn, zijn bruikbare eigenschappen in deze werkomgeving.
