Process Engineer | Chemische Productie

Introductie

Voor een innovatieve productieorganisatie in regio Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar een Process Engineer met interesse in chemische productieprocessen en procesoptimalisatie.

Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over verschillende productieprocessen en werkt actief aan verbeteringen op vlak van kwaliteit, productiviteit en energieverbruik. Daarbij combineer je een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer met analyses, technische projecten en samenwerking met R&D en productie.

Een interessante functie voor iemand die graag processen analyseert, verbeteringen realiseert en technische projecten van A tot Z mee opvolgt.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je analyseert productieprocessen en productiedata, detecteert knelpunten en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties rond kwaliteit, rendement en energieverbruik.
  • Je coördineert verschillende technische en procesmatige projecten, waaronder het testen van nieuwe grondstoffen en de aankoop of ingebruikname van nieuwe machines.
  • Je voert samen met R&D en productie testen en studies uit rond nieuwe toepassingen, afwerkingen en optimalisaties van bestaande processen.
  • Je ondersteunt operatoren en teamleaders vanuit jouw technische expertise en zoekt mee naar oplossingen voor specifieke productie- en procesproblemen.
  • Je volgt nieuwe technologieën en marktontwikkelingen op en onderzoekt hoe deze binnen de productieomgeving kunnen worden toegepast.
  • Je neemt ownership over verbetertrajecten en zorgt ervoor dat optimalisaties niet alleen worden onderzocht, maar ook praktisch worden geïmplementeerd en opgevolgd.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een master in Chemie of een aanverwante richting en hebt bij voorkeur minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring. Een relevante bachelor gecombineerd met ruime ervaring komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in chemische productieprocessen, coating, printing, lamination of industriële procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je bent analytisch en oplossingsgericht, maar staat tegelijk graag hands-on tussen de productie en de machines.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt graag projectmatig en communiceert vlot met zowel productie, R&D als andere technische afdelingen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt. Een goed kleuronderscheidingsvermogen is noodzakelijk voor de processen.
