De functie inhoud Als Process Engineer ben jij de schakel die prototypes helpt uitgroeien tot volwaardige producten in productie. Je dagen zijn afwisselend en uitdagend, met verantwoordelijkheden zoals:

  • Meebouwen aan het hele traject van nieuwe productfamilies, van de eerste conceptfase tot de opstart in serieproductie
  • Samen met R&D prototypes vertalen naar gestroomlijnde en praktische productiemethodes
  • Zelf de handen uit de mouwen steken door nieuwe toestellen te monteren, te testen en verder te verfijnen
  • Kansen zien om processen efficiënter en veiliger te maken, en die verbeteringen ook effectief doorvoeren
  • Problemen analyseren en structurele oplossingen implementeren zodat herhaling vermeden wordt
  • Collega’s in de productie begeleiden en trainen zodat nieuwe processen vlot ingebed raken

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een productie- of engineeringsomgeving en procesoptimalisatie is voor jou geen onbekend terrein
  • Een technische en resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid met analytisch denkvermogen
  • Begrippen als Lean Manufacturing of Six Sigma spreken jou aan. Je hebt er ervaring mee of wil er graag meer in leren
