Am Produktionsstandort Schrems erweitern wir aktuell unsere Kapazitäten im Bereich der hochautomatisierten Produktion sowie Niederspannungsanlagen, welche in einer neuen modernen Fertigungshalle umgesetzt werden.

Für unser Werk in Schrems suchen wir eine:n 1 Process Engineer (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Entwicklung und Optimierung eines durchgängigen Fertigungsprozesses für Niederspannungsschaltanlagen von der Materialvorbereitung über Montage, Verdrahtung, Prüfung bis FAT sowie Aufbau skalierbarer, industrieller Produktionskonzepte

* Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen, Standardarbeitsanweisungen, Prozessparametern und Montageabläufen inklusive Definition von Standardzeiten und sicherer Shopfloor-Tauglichkeit

* Planung und Gestaltung effizienter Arbeitsplätze und Fertigungslinien mit Fokus auf Ergonomie, Sicherheit und Produktivität

* Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen durch Identifikation und Beseitigung von Verschwendung, Engpässen und nicht wertschöpfenden Tätigkeiten sowie Leitung von Kaizen- und CI-Initiativen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Elektro- und Mechanik-Engineering zur Validierung von Designs, Rückmeldung zu Serienproblemen und Unterstützung von Änderungen und Produkteinführungen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar

* 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Manufacturing- oder Prozessengineering oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit

* Erfahrung in der elektromechanischen Montage, im Schaltanlagen- oder Schaltschrankbau oder mit komplexen Industrieprodukten von Vorteil

* Fundiertes Verständnis von Fertigungsprozessen sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Lean Manufacturing und Continuous Improvement

* Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Stücklisten (BOMs) sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, Arbeitsplänen, Routings und Produktionssystemen

* Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Wir bieten eine leistungsorientierte und attraktive Vergütung nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. Bei Erfüllung aller Anforderungen ist für diese Position ein Bruttojahresgehalt in Höhe von 65.000€ angedacht. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen. Automatische Vorrückungen und eine damit einhergehende Erhöhung des Lohnes nach 2 / 4 / 7 / 10 Jahren sind im Kollektivvertrag geregelt.
