Voor verschillende van onze productie installaties op de INEOS Site in Zwijndrecht, zoeken wij Process Operatoren.

FUNCTIEBESCHRIJVING

Als Process Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bediening en opvolging van de installatie. Dit houdt o.a. in het starten en stoppen van een chemische procesinstallatie, het voorbereiden van de installatie voor onderhoudswerkzaamheden, controle-rondgangen uitvoeren en het opvolgen van de productie kwaliteit door middel van zorgvuldige (online) analyses en het monitoren van diverse parameters.

Jouw taken omvatten o.a.

  • Veiligheidbewustzijn: Voor jou is veiligheid niet slechts een prioriteit, maar een fundament in je carrière. Je draagt zorg voor je eigen veiligheid, die van je collega's en de omwonenden.
  • Onderzoeken van problemen: Jij bent degene die mee mogelijke problemen onderzoekt, en bijdraagt tot het vinden van een efficiënte oplossing.
  • Producttransfers: Het veilig en efficiënt overbrengen van producten behoort tot jouw expertise.
  • Housekeeping en milieu-impact: je zal actief bijdragen aan het behoud en de verbetering van de housekeeping in de unit, terwijl je een cruciale rol speelt in het minimaliseren van de milieu-impact van ons bedrijf.

FUNCTIEVEREISTEN

  • Je beschikt over een professionele Bachelor (Mechanica, Elektro-Mechanica, Elektronica, Chemie) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring in een chemische productie-omgeving
  • Je hebt een correcte veiligheidshouding, en begrijpt het belang ervan voor jezelf, je collega’s en de installatie
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en beschikt over goede communicatievaardigheden
  • Je beschikt over een sterk leervermogen, nieuwe uitdagingen schrikken je niet af
  • Je bent integer en nauwgezet: je past regels en procedures correct toe
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van MS Office
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees en je bent bereid om sporadisch met een gasmasker te werken
  • Je werkt in een full continu 12u shiftsysteem (dagshift: 6u-18u; nachtshift: 18u-6u)
